Sofia Grace has arrived!

Sofia Grace weighed in at 7lbs 1oz and 19 and a fourth inches long. Her hair is CRAZY! She has blonde hair in the front, pitch black hair in the back, with blonde ends and one spot of really black hair amongst the blonde section of her head. She lost a bit of weight and we had to stay an extra day to make sure she was okay... and she was. We had to drive back to the hospital today and do another weight-jaundice checkup and she passed those again. She LOVES her daddy...when he holds her she gets real still and relaxed. Her wonderful big brother likes her too...he's already overprotective of her. I think he is going to make an excellent helper and big bro.

Big Weekend!

This weekend Gehrig was fortunate enough to get to visit with both sets of grandparents and his "Aunt Bickie" and Uncle Thomas. While mom and dad were there he wrecked his hummer....but not to worry, PawPaw saves the day! Granny was nice enough to swing Gehrig...but it sure did look painful! Mimi and PawPaw gave Gehrig and Joseph a Jaggers hat and shirt...Gehrig also got a Cars stickerboard, which he loves to play with. I'll get some pictures of that and put it up later. His Granny and PawPaw also brought a toy that is hilarious...I'll have to figure out how to do videos.

Okay...so Gehrig loves superheroes and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He finds "rope" and pretends he is fighting "B-Bop" and "Rock Steady!" Cracks me up! The other day he found a "rope" and his daddy got creative and made him a ninja turtle mask. Take a look at "Dookieangelo" (Michaelangelo's cousin)

So last night we were eating dinner and found out Gehrig is allergic to honeydew melons. He broke out in a rash on his face, neck, back, and belly. It's gone away now. I've also tried to post a video of Gehrig on his swing...but accidently deleted it :(
